Downtown Leesburg has more parking, per square foot of retail space, than any major shopping destination in Loudoun County. There are four main areas where parking is available: Loudoun County's garage, the Town of Leesburg's garage, street parking, and private, off-street parking.
Tip! Park in one of the two government owned garages. Parking in one of the garages means less walking from your car to our front door than if we were located at any of the area's shopping malls.
The Loudoun County Garage, located behind the County Government Building, has over 400 parking spaces that are available free of charge after 5 PM, on weekends, and on state holidays. The entrance for the Loudoun County Garage is on East Loudoun Street, just west of Harrison Street.
The Town of Leesburg's Garage, located beside the Leesburg Town Hall, has over 300 parking spaces and is available at all times. Parking at the town's garage is free after 5PM, on weekends, and on state holidays. At other times parking at the town's garage is free for the first two hours with a parking validation. Thereafter, the town charges a modest fee of 50ยข per hour. Enter the Town's garage from either West Market or West Loudoun Streets. Look for the sign directly across the street from either entrance of the Town garage.
